Yoga is a great supplement to your massage treatment and will help prevent future problems. In massage, we loosen the fibres of your muscles so that your problem area can heal, yoga will help stretch those muscles to where they should be. Yoga will help to increase muscular flexibility, realign the body and restore natural balance.

Yoga Classes

We are pleased to work closely with a great yoga Teacher, Lindsay Arnold.

Private One to One or group sessions can be held in the privacy of your own home or location of your choice.
She also holds group classes held in either Chessington or Ewell.

Bookings are also available for amateur and professional sports clubs.
